Working principle

This intelligent pipeline all-position automatic welding machine adopts fixed pipes and crawling welding heads to realize all-position automatic welding of pipelines. The workpiece has a wide range of applications. It can be applied to pipes with a pipe diameter of Φ114mm or more, and the wall thickness should be above 5mm. The thick-walled pipe can be welded in multiple layers and multiple passes. The workpieces can be welded such as pipe-pipe weld, pipe-elbow, flange and so on.

1. Applicable materials: carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, low-temperature steel, etc. [Materials that are not magnetically adsorbable should be equipped with head tracks]

3. Applicable pipe diameter: ≥Φ115mm or more

4. Applicable welding wire: solid welding wire or flux-cored welding wire, the diameter of the welding wire is Φ1.0-1.2mm

5. Applicable position: pipeline welding in all positions, including filling and covering

6. Applicable welds: pipe-pipe welds, pipe-elbows, tees, big and small joints, etc.

7. Applicable working conditions: all kinds of long-distance pipeline welding joints, thermal pipeline welding joints, buried pipelines or process pipeline field welding joints, safe operation regardless of indoor and outdoor.
